Description Matt Lilek 2007-02-05 19:59:04 PST
After interacting with a QuickTime plugin seems to cause mouse events - css :hover, onmouseover, etc - to stop. It doesn't seem to effect plugins other than Quicktime, but WMV's with Flip4Mac are effected.

This happens in Safari 2.0.4 (419.3/WebKit 418.9.1) as well as ToT.

To reproduce:
1. Load the testcase and hover over the link below the video - the :hover styling is applied correctly and the onmouseover fires.
2. Click to start the video.
3. Hover over the link again, :hover and onmouseover do not work.
4. Click in the blank area - :hover and onmouseover work again.

NPAPI plugin support is now gone and along with all the quirks and oddities. Can this be marked as "RESOLVED WONTFIX"? Thanks!
