WebSQL databases should exist in a subdirectory underneath the "Databases" directory Right now, the WebContext's Database directory is the root level for WebSQL. Now that we're adding IndexedDB, and placing it in a subdirectory underneath the Databases directory, WebSQL should migrate into a WebSQL subdirectory.

We have removed WebSQL as a feature. We won't make further improvements to it.
