Consider merging https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/blink/+/e7da4601086891160bc7959eb952063321ca7385 MediaStreamAudioDestinationNode should inherit AudioNode, not AudioSourceNode according to the specification: https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/audio/raw-file/tip/webaudio/specification.html#MediaElementAudioSourceNode
