Summary PageBanners appear over HTML5 video when media element is in full screen mode

In a WKView with a PageBanner, visit http://blog.jilion.com/2011/07/27/world-s-first-true-html5-fullscreen-video , scroll to the video element, and enter fullscreen. The PageBanner will still show when the video is in fullscreen. This is not desired. <rdar://problem/13686998>
