Testcase

The nytimes.com home page shows a strip of garbage down the left side for some people (subscribers?).

RenderLayer::backgroundIsKnownToBeOpaqueInRect() can only consult layer lists if the layer doesn't have overflow, otherwise the lists might be getting clipped out.
