CSS is not being applied to the content. Works in Safari.

Confirmed. Looks fine in Firefox too.

Double-clicking on CSS files in Activity window opens the main HTML document instead of the stylesheet - looks like subresource loading might have gone wrong for some reason.

Actually, I know the reason :). Fixed as bug 11141.
