This test started to fail on Qt after r144461. http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/144461 For example: http://build.webkit.sed.hu/results/x86-64%20Linux%20Qt%20Release/r144599%20(48779)/fast/regions/seamless-iframe-flowed-into-regions-diffs.html Could you check it please?
cc regions guys, maybe you know what happened here.
Otherwise I don't think if this regression is Qt specific. But unfortunately it is impossible to verify, because this test is skipped on Mac, GTK, EFL and Chromium because of another reason.
The test is not skipped on GTK. There have been no changes with r144461 in how this test fails though. http://build.webkit.org/results/GTK%20Linux%2064-bit%20Release/r144460%20(35103)/fast/regions/seamless-iframe-flowed-into-regions-diffs.html http://build.webkit.org/results/GTK%20Linux%2064-bit%20Release/r144463%20(35104)/fast/regions/seamless-iframe-flowed-into-regions-diffs.html

This test hasn't been work since it was added on GTK, so it can't catch this regression obviously.
Similarly to Qt, the test started failing on EFL after 144461. On EFL WK2, the test wasn't failing before that revision. On EFL WK1, up to that revision, it was failing the same way it still does on GTK. http://test-results.appspot.com/dashboards/flakiness_dashboard.html#group=%40ToT%20-%20webkit.org&showAllRuns=true&tests=fast%2Fregions%2Fseamless-iframe-flowed-into-regions.html
