I expect to be adding more than a few of these tests as I work through error messages that don't currently have stacktraces. I'll move them into a subdirectory to keep http/tests/inspector clean. :)

Hey Pavel, what do you think of this fairly trivial patch? I'd like to land it before I add another stacktrace test for 97979, and more for other similar bugs.
