The http-equiv refresh below used to work, but now causes infinite loop. <head> <meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0;url=#x" /> </head> <body> <a name="x">X</a> </body> iPad v2, iOS 6.0, AppleWebKit 536.26 also fails on Windows nightly build r131444

I can also see the point of view, that perhaps it is correct in what it is now doing.

However, from the backwards compatibility and compatibility with other browsers point of view, it is currently broken.
