In "inspectorBB.js" our port overrides some common "Preferences" items to enable/disable some functions of inspector. Now the code of inspector has changed a lot since last modification of this file. Some "Preferences" items are already no exist, some are redefined as "Capabilities". So we need to update "inspectorBB.js" to catch-up.
