To reproduce: navigate to the URL and scroll the page down. At some point, the sidebar snaps to the top and remains fixed while scrolling, but a copy of the left edge of the “quick list” box keeps scrolling with the page, behind the sidebar. This was caused by <http://trac.webkit.org/r128787>, the fix for bug 96936.
