GTK should add support for the Text Autosizing feature (formerly called font boosting). Guarded by the ENABLE_TEXT_AUTOSIZING feature define.

Can someone update Depends on for this bug to add dependency on Bug 99028 - [GTK] Implement testRunner.enableAutoResizeMode method. Layout tests for text autosizing use enableAutoResizeMode. I am fixing 99028 now.
