Need to check GLOBAL_FASTMALLOC_NEW on efl. (some platforms like GTK and QT already disabled the option)

Please also refer to <https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=102895>. tmpsantos has given us a lesson how to prevent some external libraries from using fastmalloc override. :)
