Support for EFF HTTPS everywhere plugin - apparently the API's available for Safari Extension do not support HTTPS everywhere.

Safari plug-ins are a Safari feature. Closing as INVALID per our policy as a non-WebKit issue. Please file this enhancement request with Apple via <http://bugreport.apple.com>.
