LayoutTests/fast/backgrounds/size/contain-and-cover.html is a test that renders image background with CSS background-size: cover and background-size: contain. In any case the background shouldn't spill over the border. 95121 caused a regression.

Just verified that https://codereview.appspot.com/6542065/ would fix this problem. Keeping this bug open as a place holder.
