A table with a width more than 100% will overflow its parent table. Renders correctly in Firefox.

Confirmed, nice simple testcase, this doesn't match IE either.

Our behavior now matches that of Opera and FF, but not of I.E. Do we still need to fix this issue?

Safari, Chrome, and Firefox show the same output for this test case. Therefore, I believe any compatibility issue has since been fixed.
