Open a page in Web browser that has a form, e.g. http://www.december.com/html/demo/form.html Fill in some text, select radio buttons, checkboxes, pull-down menus. Submit the form by clicking Send this survey. Error: Reindeer: Unable to perform operation Latest build as of 27-June-2006

This is reproducible on IE, Netscape and Firefox, so this is not a bug in the webkit. 500 Server Error is displayed on all the above desktop browsers. Web server bug. Resolution set to INVALID

This does in fact fail in Reindeer, and it works correctly in Firefox and IE. This is critical. The above URL is valid.

This may be a duplicate of bug 9116. Requires further investigation.

I had this same problem and it is caused by ECMT agent (debug util that comes with S60 SDK). If ECMT is installed, some of the FORM posts will fail (e.g. simple machines forum posting mechanism does not work).
