Test fails on Windows port since added in http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/126785. Blobs might be completely disabled on Windows. Adding to skip list for now while mkwst investigates further.

Blob is disabled. See http://trac.webkit.org/browser/trunk/WebKitLibraries/win/tools/vsprops/FeatureDefines.vsprops#L26 I'll move the skip up to the other ENABLE(BLOB) skips.
