There are two failing tests:
accessibility/canvas-description-and-role.html
accessibility/canvas-fallback-content.html
that are failing because Windows seems to be having trouble knowing include "AX" at the beginning of the role and description strings when necessary.
I'm temporarily adding expected failing results to get the bots greener.

On second thought the name of some of the descriptions and roles don't quite match up either.
There must be somewhere in the windows code that handles these strings and perhaps they just haven't been updated to match Mac, but I can't seem to find it if it exists.

These should have Windows-specific results, so committing expected results for Windows is good.
The test itself would be better written if, instead of testing whether element.role == "some role", the test just output "element role: " + element.role. Then the Windows-specific results wouldn't have all of the "FAIL" output.

Hi Dominic, when you get a chance can you fix these tests up real quick?
Thanks!
