http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/116792 implements destroying DisplayRefreshMonitor after the number of unscheduled frames exceeds 10.

Part of that change involves dispatching to the main thread whether the frame was scheduled or not.

Make the corresponding change for our port that was made for DisplayRefreshMonitorMac.cpp.
