Created attachment 158465 [details] Test case: there should It looks like the scrollbar code doesn't properly compute its sizes when placed inside a table cell. The example should have 2 thumbs but only one is showing due to the height on the vertical one being wrong.

I'm not sure what the bug was, but as best I can tell, this test case works on Chrome dev channel. Please reopen if I'm wrong.
