and has been for a long time (since at least r84557, unfortunately :( ).

seems odd that parser tests would be flaky; Adam, Eric, any pointers on where I should start looking if I wanted to dig into this?

Looks like there is a race between alert 3 and 4. Likely the test needs to be made smarter.

Marked LayoutTest bugs, bugs with Chromium IDs, and some others as WontFix. Test failure bugs still are trackable via TestExpectations or disabled unit tests.
