You can use this addy for testing:

Use "Server Push Mode (For FireFox, Google Browser)" Login area number. The other is for ActiveX. It will not work and never has.
You'll find that after the control buttons load (really the whole page), the images of the camera no longer advance and stay put on the last image before the page finished loading. You typically get 5-10 images before it freezes. Testing in pre Apple 10.8 safari and it works fine. Tested in Firefox and it too works fine. Tested in this new webkit nightly build and it does not.
Thanks!

This server does not appear to work at the moment.
Anyway, this issue is not in WebKit, but in lower level system frameworks. It's tracked by Apple internally as <rdar://problem/10747743>.
Closing as INVALID per our policy as a non-WebKit bug. Thank you very much for reporting it however!
