As far as I know, LINK_PRERENDER feature is only supported by chromium port. However, this feature is being tested by each port's layout test. So, test cases related to prerender need to be moved to Skipped file until this feature is supported by each port.

CC'ing Adam, could you take a look this patch? However, if there are any reasons that these test cases can be tested by each port, please let me know. If so, I would like to close this bug.
