fast/text/descent-clip-in-scaled-page.html test was added in http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/122651 and fails on EFL port before our LayoutTestController does not implement setSubpixelTextPositioning() [Bug 91341]. We need to skip the test until we provide an implementation.
