Created attachment 152392 [details] Demo The selector `input[value=foo]` won't match an <input> element if it hasn't been given a default value. For example, it will match <input value=foo> but not <input> <script>document.getElementsByTagName("input")[0].value = "foo"</script> or <input> where the user fills the field herself. This is an expected behavior defined by standards. * CSS attribute selector examines HTML content attribute * Text type <input> doesn't update the 'value' content attribute value by its editing value.
