Created attachment 149329 [details] This file has a fixed position div (Blue) that incorrectly scrolls with the page content. IF you remove the webkit-transform from the body element, the blue div no longer scrolls. Applying a webkit-transform to the body breaks the positioning of all fixed positioned elements. If you remove the webkit-transform from the body, fixed positioned content is then properly positioned and no longer scrolls with the page content. The attached file provides an example.

The spec says that transformed elements act as fixed position containers, so this behaves correctly.
