Created attachment 149192 [details] test case See the attached test case for an example of the bug. The first item in the list has its bullet point or numeral rendered on the far right of the page rather than to the left of the list item as would be expected. The block doesn't have to be exactly 100% wide, but must be wide enough to force the list to start rendering below it. The bug won't occur if clear:left is added to the list though. The block must be floated left unless you change the text direction on the list to rtl, in which case the block must be floated right for the bug to occur.

I am not able to reproduce this bug in Safari Technology Preview 166 using attached test case and it matches with Chrome Canary 114 and Firefox Nightly 113. Can we mark this as "RESOLVED CONFIGURATION CHANGED"?

That's fine with me. I don't work with webkit anymore, so I can't confirm whether this is fixed myself, but it's no longer something that affects me.
