Safari, Chrome, and Firefox all agree on rendering for this test case. I don't believe there is any remaining compatibility issue. I don't see any animation, so perhaps the test case is broken in some way? There doesn't seem to be any obvious performance issue here, but maybe it is only measurable in our Perf infrastructure?
