Inspector made some changes lately in displaying colors, it's ok but small improvement may be made. After opening the color adjustement dialog [Pic 1] we can select any color in rgba mode. Maybe it's possible to use the SHIFT key to align the movement with veritcal or horizontal line of the color, so that we can easly change the saturation and lightness. Switching back and forward do HEX and HSL mode is quite painful. Upstreaming http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=130146
