Steps to reproduce: 1. Open bug URL or the attached test case. 2. Select some text (from Q&A section in case of bug URL). Results: the size and position of the selection is wrong. On a related note, Inspector highlighting is also off in the test case.

Same with selection highlight, per bug 46609. This still affects Safari 5.0.2.

Still repros in Safari 15.6 on macOS.
