It's still true, yes. I'm getting all spelling and grammar menu items, as well as Writing Direction and Show Fonts.
I've added a test case as bug URL.

We still get right click with Grammar / Spelling, Fonts etc. bits based not test case in URL field.
@ap - Should we add it in 'Radar' for tracking?

Indeed. Also removing "regression" from the title, as this has been the case since 2006 at least.
