It looks like sometimes the ordering of the various console messages/alerts gets changed.  Maybe the order in which we print these is nondeterministic?

Sam, it looks like you've touched this test in the long-ago past, do you know how to triage this?

This test's been renamed since this bug was filed and the flakiness is being seen on other platforms. Duping this bug.
