Keep the mouse cursor around article title and scroll up & down between articles on techcrunch.com.
When the website re-builds SNS widgets as mouse cursor moves onto a new article title, scroll lags temporarily.

ToT WebKit behaves much better (still jags a little) than Chrome 18 so maybe there has been some improvements in this area?

Only Apple employees can see these. I didn't feel the need to spell that out, because everyone CC'ed on the bug are seasoned WebKit developers who saw Radar links before. Sorry if that caused confusion.
There is nothing in the Radar I could post here to help investigation.
