In Midori and now in Epiphany 3.4, google docs writer refuses to work. This effects several versions of midori tried including gtk2 and gtk3 webkit builds and now Epiphany 3.4. (not 3.2). I use Arch Linux. To reproduce click on a google docs writer document and you will get this error message.

If I close this I can scroll through the document and click the menus but the document is read-only, very bizarre.
