Request to add options to disable javascript & CSS files from inspector. It would be a great feature for testing no javascript & style scenarios.

Safari supports both of these from the Develop menu.

I'm on Chrome and it needs this feature badly. I'll post it on chromium issue tracker. Thanks Timothy.
