Test failures: a number of webarchive tests fail on Mac Lion

The following tests are currently failing:

http/tests/webarchive/test-css-url-encoding-shift-jis.html
http/tests/webarchive/test-css-url-encoding-utf-8.html
http/tests/webarchive/test-css-url-encoding.html
webarchive/test-css-url-resources-in-stylesheets.html
webarchive/test-css-url-resources-inline-styles.html

These tests will be added to the Skipped list. Please remove them from the list once this is fixed.

Actually, these tests are skipped via platform/wk2/TestExpectations, so they probably fail on WK2, too.
