It'll be nice if we could allocate BitVector with a fixed inline capacity size bigger than sizeof(uintptr_t).
I've experimented with various approach today but it seems like the most logical thing to do is to extract BitVectorBase out of BitVector and turn BitVector a template class. There's a fair amount of work involved here though.
Note: I'm not signing up for this work jus yet.
