As discussed in bug 80429, build-webkit fails if the Xcode Command Line Tools are not installed (specifically, this is because the Current Mac OS SDK is not present). We should modify things so that build-webkit uses the Latest Mac OS SDK in that case, so that contributors don’t have to install extra stuff.
