I'm trying to build webkit and i get following errors:
*** Could not run GLIB test program, checking why...
*** The test program failed to compile or link. See the file config.log for the
*** exact error that occured. This usually means GLIB is incorrectly installed.
configure: error: You need the GLib dev tools in your path
Calling autogen.sh failed!
And When i run pkg-config on terminal ,
pkg-config --modversion glib-2.0
2.31.20

Is this bug still valid?
You need glib-genmarshal and glib-mkenums, are those packages installed in your system?

This looks like a problem in the reporter's compilation environment.
Since this bug is a year and a half old and the Ubuntu version is even older I'm going to close it.
Please reopen if you think it's still relevant.
