Created attachment 123544 [details] screenshot 1. Open inspector 2. Navigate to http://www.craiglist.org 3. Observe the times in the summary bar are displayed since the start of last redirected resource (25/36 ms in screenshot). Timeline marks for page events are positions correctly (ca. 700ms). It would make more sense to compute time based on the first request, as this is consistent with the delay that user experiences.
