Any site, right-click once and you don't even have to make a selection. Then all links no longer work on the page nor can you make a text selection. A new bookmark can be loaded but that page cannot be interacted with either. Closing the window entirely and opening a new window is the only thing that works. But then right-click again and it breaks again.

I narrowed this down to working in r102613 and failing in r102615. r102615 is the most plausible of that range.

This seems to have been fixed at some point before r102660. I suspect r102640 did the trick.
