The test seems to have become more flaky around 101880, but there's nothing obvious near that revision that might have lead to this issue.  Also, there's flakiness in other configurations before that.  I suspect this might be easier to fix by studying the test more carefully.

This test has shown no problems for the history of the flakiness board. As Adam said it was "very" flaky, I presume something has resolved the underlying issue. I know there have been changes in this code space over the last couple of months.
