A simple LayoutTest. I am not sure how to make a LayoutTest that is for chromium specifically. This test is not really just for Chromium, but it will likely fail on any other platforms at the moment until they set opaque on an image GraphicsLayer also.

It expects them to be marked opaque, but depends on the 2 bugs as marked in order to do so.

Spoke with @enne and she thinks it makes more sense to do this as a unit test since it is chromium specific stuff. So I'll make a unit test in the relevant CL with changes.
