Instead, frameNavigated should be issued. Originally frontendReused was introduced to support bookmarklets and instant in chromium. Bookmarklets support does not need it anymore, while instant should be resolved using existing commands.

Please file a new bug (https://www.webkit.org/new-inspector-bug) if the bug/feature/issue is still relevant to WebKit trunk.
