the page scrolling (using two finger scrolling) is very choppy for http://www.spiegel.de/ beginning with r100219. The previous release r100143 and before scroll the pages very smoothly.
A comment to the site http://www.spiegel.de/: This is not just a random run-of-the-mill news page but one of the largest (in terms of visitors and popularity) german news portal.

Why did I classify this bug as a JavaScript one? Because once I disable JavaScript in the Developer Menu the scrolling is smooth again.

Well, it worked before so it is a regression

Seems to be fixed with r102580 (r102536 still has it)
