garden-o-matic needs a snooze button

It will often happen that a test gets fixed, but it still there in the garden-o-matic UI because the mac bots take forever to cycle. Even if we improve the cycle time, it would be nice to be able to tell the tool not to show me things for a while.

I want something like a snooze button next to the rebaseline button that hides those tests for some amount of time (an hour?). Obviously, we'd also need a global unsnooze all button.

That's an interesting idea.  We've wanted to solve that problem for a while but we weren't sure how.
