The following layout test is flaky (pass / timeout) on chromium-win. chromium-linux is also flaky but far less frequent.

Probable cause:
Unknown. The oldest timeout run seems <http://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.webkit/builders/Webkit%20Vista/builds/8157>, but there's no suspicious revision around there.
