Click the grey box three times in a WebKit browser. The grey box's width does not adjust properly on the third click. With the grey box incorrectly displayed, right click it and choose inspect element. It pops back into place.

I am able to reproduce this issue using attached JSFiddle in Safari Technology Preview 153 and clicking multiple times lead to "text" going out of containers and not nicely wrapped in the container while container width matching the text like other browsers (Firefox Nightly 106 and Chrome Canary 107).
Changing status to "New" and adding others to validate my testing. Thanks!
