Summary: For all pages visited, the browser title never changes from "Loading 'foo'" to "foo". Example: For example, this page shows Loading "Enter Bug: WebKit" Activity Monitor shows that all elements have loaded, except for favicon.ico, which is 'not found'.

I think this is highly related if not the same as bug 7058.
